Parking Notification Policy
Apr 2nd, 2020 by admin
Dear ELRA Members, The number of vehicles that regularly park on our streets at all hours during the day/night has now become an urgent problem. The Board of Directors has communicated to the home owners multiple times through meetings, website, and emails that this is a concern.
To name of few of the safety issues:
- Parking on the street doesn’t allow emergency vehicles to get to an emergency in a timely fashion
- Visibility of children playing is significantly reduced when cars are parked on the street
The Board of Directors will begin auditing the habitual offenders by recording and documenting the license plate of the vehicles on the street.
For the offenders, a sticker will be placed on the car windshield informing the owner/driver of the vehicle they are in violation and creating a safety hazard. Everyone should have enough room in their Garages/Driveways to park, please use it.
The Board of Directors would like to thank you in advance for compliance to this request. Respectfully, Your ELRA Board of Directors
