It is that time again neighbors! Our annual meeting is coming up. This time around will be a little different than past years. This year’s meeting will be held virtually using the Zoom meeting platform. We will share the “How To’s” once we nail down a date and set up the Zoom meeting invite.
With every annual meeting, we will be having an election, and this year is a special one. President and Secretary will not be re-running for their positions. They have done more than their fair share of leading and guiding this wonderful neighborhood and would like to give other neighbors the opportunity to come forward and offer their leadership. In the HOA Annual Meeting Information link you can get to the proxy and nomination forms. If you would like to step up and support our neighborhood by running for an open office, please enter your name for President, Secretary, or Committee Member on the attached form and return it to Scott Parker.
