It is that time again neighbors! Our annual meeting is coming up. This time around will be a little different than past years. This year’s meeting will be held virtually using the Zoom meeting platform. We will share the “How To’s” once we nail down a date and set up the Zoom meeting invite.

With every annual meeting, we will be having an election, and this year is a special one. President and Secretary will not be re-running for their positions. They have done more than their fair share of leading and guiding this wonderful neighborhood and would like to give other neighbors the opportunity to come forward and offer their leadership. In the HOA Annual Meeting Information link you can get to the proxy and nomination forms. If you would like to step up and support our neighborhood by running for an open office, please enter your name for President, Secretary, or Committee Member on the attached form and return it to Scott Parker. (email and address can be located in password protected pages).

As always, please contact your ELRA Board at eldoradolakes@yahoo.com or elrahoaweb@gmail.com with any questions or concerns you may have.

Gate Code

To see the current gate code, login to the Residents page. If you need the password, email Dan Booth at elrahoaweb@gmail.com and it will be sent to you.

Directory Updates

Please review the neighborhood directory and provide necessary updates to the gmail account below or to one of the board members.

If you ever need to update your information in the online directory, please send an email to elrahoaweb@gmail.com with your street address as the subject of the email.

Guest Instructions:

Guest use the A and Z buttons to locate the name in the directory. Once the residents name is displayed, the guest presses the CALL button and the system will connect to the resident’s telephone. If the resident’s line is busy, the system will emit a busy signal. If this happens, the guest can press the # key or the CALL button to hang up and then try again.

Resident Instructions:

When a resident answers the phone call from the entry gate, they can OPEN the gates by pressing the digit 9 on their phone, or they can deny access to their guest by pressing # key on their telephone. If access is granted, the resident will hear a confirmation tone in their handset indicating that the gate has opened, then the system will automatically hang up.

Residents should always press the # key on their telephone if they wish to deny a guest access. If a resident hangs up to deny access instead of pressing #, the telephone entry system will remain on line until its programmed talk time expires or until it detects dial tone.

Note – the answering service will only buzz people in from 7 am to 7 pm.
